In celebration of International Women's Day, we have been interviewing some of the amazing female participants who have come on our courses in the past. Read the final installment below.

This year's International Women's Day theme is #EachforEqual, the idea being that "equality is not a women's issue, it's a business issue." We couldn't agree more. We love what we do because TRIZ empowers everyone who uses it to make a difference and solve real problems on any scale, through innovation.

To celebrate some of the exceptional female alumni, we asked them about their real Oxford TRIZ experiences. Read Sofia's story below.

This Sunday it's International Women's Day; "a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women." No doubt social media will be flooded with stories and events and so it would be remiss of us not to join in and celebrate the extraordinary achievements of our female TRIZ experts.
