Everyone is a contradiction. Clever teams build on each other’s strengths, and contradiction thinking helps them recognise what is GOOD and BAD about each other’s ideas (and each other) without judgement. This reduces stress as we work better, even with our most annoying teammates, as it helps us remember that what is BAD about someone often mirrors their GOOD points (e.g. pushy people get things done).
All team members have different solutions and combining them is the logical path to share knowledge and build innovative solutions together.
